Shudder Announces Incredibly Terrifying Lineup for Season of Screams 2024

My favorite streaming service is none other than Shudder - which is a streaming service by and for horror lovers. And while I watch Shudder all the time, throughout the year, it's September which means: This is our time babies! It's spooky season, so Shudder has announced their terrifying lineup for their Season of Screams 2024.
It wouldn't be the Season of Screams without the Ghoul Log, Halloween Hotline with horror movie recommendations and live watch parties on Friday nights, so they're all coming back for the 2024 Season of Screams.
Horror fans can join Shudder for frights every Friday night with LIVE Watch Parties at 9pm ET on Shudder TV spotlighting new premieres and curated double features, including:
- September 13: Neo-Slasher – In A Violent Nature and Lake Bodom
- September 20: Zombie Weekend – The Sadness and Undead
- September 27: Modern Master – Damian McCarthy’s Oddity and Caveat
- October 4: Found Footage – V/H/S/Beyond and Hell House LLC
- October 11: Horrifying Households – Daddy’s Head and Metamorphosis
- October 18: Shocking Scourges – MadS and Virus:32
- October 25: TBA
- October 30: Late Night with the Devil on Devil’s Night
- October 31: Halloween on Halloween
- November 1: Day of the Dead on Day of the Dead – Day of the Dead Collection
And the lineup of new films, exclusives, series and specials has been announced through Halloween, so there's plenty of great stuff for you (and me) to look forward to. Here's the Season of Screams lineup:
SEPTEMBER 13
In A Violent Nature (Shudder Original Film)
When a locket is removed from a collapsed fire tower in the woods that entombs the rotting corpse of Johnny, a vengeful spirit spurred on by a horrific 60-year-old crime, his body is resurrected and becomes hellbent on retrieving it. The undead golem homes in on the group of vacationing teens responsible for the theft and proceeds to methodically slaughter them one by one in his mission to get it back - along with anyone in his way.

Z Nation Seasons 1-5
Three years after the zombie virus has gutted the United States of America, a team of everyday heroes must transport the only known survivor of the plague from New York to California, where the last functioning viral lab waits for his blood.
Eight Eyes

A police lieutenant uncovers more than he bargained for as his investigation of a series of murders, which have all the hallmarks of the deceased Gemini serial killer, leads him to question the patients of a psychiatric ward.
Dominion: Prequel to the Exorcist
Decades before Father Merrin helped save Regan MacNeil’s soul, he first encounters the demon Pazuzu in Kenya. Merrin’s initial battle with Pazuzu leads to the rediscovery of his faith.

Demons
A group of random people are invited to a screening of a mysterious movie, only to find themselves trapped in the theater with ravenous demons.
Demons II
A group of tenants and visitors are trapped in a 10-story high-rise apartment building infested with demons who proceed to hunt the dwindling humans down.
Tenebrae
An American novelist visiting Rome to promote his latest book is stalked and harassed by an obsessed fan who is committing a string of murders that appear to be tributes to his work.
Phenomena
A young girl who has an amazing ability to communicate with insects is transferred to an exclusive Swiss boarding school, where her unusual capability might help solve a string of murders.

Daddy’s Head (Shudder Original Film)
In the wake of his father’s untimely death, a young boy is left in the eerie solitude of a sprawling country estate with his newly widowed stepmother. His stepmother, struggling to navigate the overwhelming task of parenthood, grows distant, leaving their fragile bond at risk of collapse. Azrael (Shudder Original Film)
