Teddi Mellencamp is opening up about the emotional and physical toll of her cancer diagnosis.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum revealed on Tuesday's (January 27) episode of Two Ts in a Pod, her podcast with Tamra Judge, that she is "doing therapy" amid her cancer battle, adding that she didn't "properly process" the emergency surgery she endured and the recovery time away from her children, per Page Six.

Mellencamp was originally diagnosed with melanoma in 2022 and in 2025, doctors discovered tumors on her brain. She underwent surgery to remove two tumors and revealed that she would get radiation to deal with the smaller tumors. As she previously explained, she reiterated that she has "no trace of cancer" but is "still considered stage four"and is receiving immunotherapy.

"I think it takes a toll on my body," she said, adding, "I've learned that there are certain things, like it's hard for me to touch and move. I can see that I'm slower than I was before, and that's really frustrating to me."

She also addressed recent comments from her father, John Mellencamp, that she was "suffering right now" in her cancer battle, telling Judge that his words were more about her mental state rather than her physical wellbeing.

"You know, I think when he said the word 'suffering,' he meant like how I'm mentally doing versus how I'm feeling," she said.

In another recent podcast episode, Mellencamp shared that she was "struggling with massive PTSD" from her health struggles but explained that she was "starting to feel a little better" in her healing journey.
